Mark Hampton

Mark Hampton has been active in the construction and development industry for over 40 years. He has founded, co-founded, and served as CEO of several real estate related companies. In 1983, he founded M&M Construction, a residential general contracting company. Mark furthered his experience with a position as vice president of operations for Saxton, Inc. He became president and qualifying contractor for Saxton Utah, part of a 950 million-dollar a year publicly traded construction/development corporation.
In 1999, Mark co-founded Rimrock Construction/Development. Under his supervision, Rimrock grew to be an industry leader which recently celebrated 20 years of business with record revenue.
Mark has been instrumental in founding, owning and leading Hampton-White Construction, Dry Creek Properties, Dry Creek Holdings, Wentworth Development, Rockworth Companies, several retail businesses including Sunkissed, multiple car wash locations, B’s Convenience Stores, several assisted living entities including ‘Dignity Care’ campuses, and 14 assisted living communities.
Mark is serving on multiple boards of directors and is currently sponsoring senior living communities and apartment developments. He enjoys sharing his expertise and knowledge by mentoring through the Master of Real Estate Development program at the University of Utah. Mark and his wife find great joy and satisfaction serving in the community and being volunteers at Primary Children’s Hospital.
